Issue reported to First Port / Ollie (Managing Agent). Updates will be posted here.
Update: On 31 March, FirstPort confirmed that contractors are being called out (again) to carry out repairs. No further details were given.

Who is the target of this site?
This site is for owners and renters (collectively, the residents) of The Apex Building, 59 Bunhill Row, London, EC1Y 8QW. This includes each of Flats 5 to 34 and those at 56, 56A, 58 and 58A Featherstone Street, London, EC1Y 8RZ.
There are general areas of the site available to all residents, but there are also specific areas for owners and those interested in managing the relationship between owners and our current managing agent - FirstPort Property Services Limited (formerly known as OM Property Management Limited and Peveral OM Limited).
The main online service found here is the online discussion forum. Further information/resources will be added in due course. Absolutely no personal or sensitive information is to be stored on this system.
